Overview

TLILIC0005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more) covers the skills and knowledge required to safely operate a boom-type elevating work platform (EWP) in accordance with legislative and workplace requirements.

A boom-type elevating work platform is a telescoping, hinged or articulated device used to support a platform that raises personnel, equipment and materials above ground level. These machines are widely used across construction, mining, maintenance, shutdown and infrastructure environments where work must be performed safely at height.

Forky Stick delivers TLILIC0005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more) through blended learning. Participants complete online pre-course theory followed by face-to-face practical training and High Risk Work Licence assessment at Forky Stick’s Rockhampton facility.

On successful completion of training and assessment, participants receive a Statement of Attainment for TLILIC0005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more) from Forky Stick Training and Safety Consultants (RTO #45802).
